  • Location. Eyal, situated in Dâmbovița County, is in the vicinity of the northern entrance to the Renault Design Center on Route DN71, near the picturesque village of Cuza Voda. It is also near the Dâmbovița River. It is a short commute into Titu and is also easily accessible to Bucharest. Route DN71 connects Bucharest via Târgoviște to the Carpathian Mountains, which is a major tourist and recreation area. 
  • Development ready. This environmentally friendly site has all required official authorizations needed for development. It is part of the overall Urban Zone Plan (PUZ).
  • Size. Eyal includes 50 hectares (124 acres) and is designed for the young families who work in the Titu industrial zone which includes the Renault Design Center. Open green spaces and recreation areas have been designed with quality of life in mind.
  • Overall concept. Eyal is part of the official plan to create a suburban community in the area of Cuza Voda and Titu. The concept is to offer housing and all the required services for employees of Renault and other enterprises in the area. Proximity to the Dâmbovița River make it open to aquaculture developmental possibilities such as a recently-opened caviar producing fish farm.
