Aviv Site: Gas, electricity, water and sewage are close enough to lower development costs.

  • Location. The Aviv site, located in Dâmbovița County, is one kilometer from the entrance to the Renault design facility on Route DN7.
  • Development ready. This site has all required official authorizations, which make it ready for development. It is part of the overall Urban Zone Plan. Gas, electricity, water and sewage infrastructure are located close enough to the site to lower development costs significantly. 
  • Size. The Aviv site is 5.5 hectares (13.58 acres) with 50 m frontage on the main road. 
  • Overall concept. This site is part of the Urban Zone Plan that has all required approvals. The Plan allows for construction of 36 two-family attached residential units as well as several commercial/industrial buildings adjacent to the road. This site’s proximity to the Renault factory on Route DN7 results in a high quality rural living solution for Renault employees as well as employees of other automotive-related companies. In addition to being suitable for construction by a contractor, it is also possible to market plots to individuals for private home construction.
