DKG Real Estate’s Ofir site in the suburbs of Titu has all required authorizations which make it ready for development.
- Location. Ofir, situated in Dâmbovița County, is located in the suburbs of Titu in a residential area close to the main highway and about 500 meters from the entrance to the Renault Global Design Center on Road DN7. The area has a variety of automotive-related enterprises.
- Development ready. This environmentally friendly project has all required official authorizations, which make it ready for development. It is part of the overall Urban Zone Plan (PUZ).
- Size. The Ofir site is 8 hectares (19.8 acres) which includes about 200 m of frontage on the main road (DN7). Owing to its location, Ofir is poised to become an integral part of this new suburban area.
- Overall concept. Ofir is part of the official plan to create a suburban community in the area of Cuza Voda and Titu. The concept is to offer housing and all the required services for employees of Renault and other enterprises in the area. In addition there are plans for a shopping center and gas station.
